From the lush, mountainous landscapes of southern Mexico comes our Chiapas offering an organic, shade grown coffee rooted in tradition and community. Cultivated by smallholder farmers along the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, one of the most ecologically diverse forests in the world, this coffee reflects both environmental stewardship and generations of knowledge.

We’re proud to source from cooperatives like Comon Yaj Noptic, whose name means “all of us think” in the local indigenous language. Founded in 1995, this cooperative brings together farmers from the region’s indigenous communities, united by a commitment to sustainability and quality. Since earning organic certification in 2003 and Fair Trade certification in 2009, they’ve remained dedicated to producing coffee that honors both people and planet.
