Latin American Coffees

Most of the coffee consumed in the world today is produced within the Latin America regions. These regions with 1200 to 1800 meters of altitude have a burst of moderate sunshine and rain, which is ideal for coffee farmers to grow their crop. Latin America coffees are usually wet processed which is complex and often fruity, when processed this way it gives the coffee a clean, low acidity crisp cup defined with a bold flavor. Many coffee farmers (producers) are now experimenting with new and different processing methods such as honey processed coffees for example and growing many different varieties. We are seeking and offering more interesting coffees from this region than ever before.
