Meet The Staff:

Bob
Bob was a 12-year employee prior to becoming owner in 2007 and is the primary green coffee buyer. He started working in coffee in 1988 and made a trip to Guatemala in 1991 which kicked off a greater understanding of coffee growing and helped launch his career in coffee. He works with importers and producers (farmers) on identifying interesting specialty coffees to offer our customers. He values working with people to help them get the products and services they need to run their business. He is a two-time past member of the Coffee Roasters Guild, an organization devoted to the continuing education of coffee roasters around the country and the world.

Heather
Heather has been a team member of Orleans Coffee for 10 years. She started in the production department and later rose to becoming Production Manager. She is also our in-house graphic artist who helps us to get custom private labels designed. She is now the company Operations Manager and wears many hats on any given day. She is also HACCP Certified and wrote many of the companies’ policies including the HACCP policy plan for FDA compliance. She loves her kids. She spends her free time doing DYI projects.

Kirk
Kirk has been with Orleans for over 15 years. He has worn a lot of hats over the years but the one he wears best, is the Customer Service hat. Kirk works with new and existing customers through sharing his wealth of knowledge on operations, café setup & design, equipment, and coffee science. Kirk says he used to be more fun in his youth, but that he has just as much fun enjoying the simpler things in life like being a dad and perfecting what he calls the Domestic Arts: Dad Jokes, Grilling, Lawn and Pool Care as well as yelling about not touching the thermostat. He loves the coffee business, but he would say it’s a grind.

Robbie
Robbie has been a service department team member for 8 years. His knowledge and training in the coffee world has made him dedicated to service repairs throughout the greater Gulf South. He has been through extensive training with the SCA, La Marzocco, La Cimbali and UNIC over the years. He is also a member of the Technicians Guild. When not turning a wrench, he can be found in a duck blind or catching fish.

Elizabeth
Elizabeth started with Perfect Shot Espresso Service in 2019. She dominates servicing machines and repairs throughout the Greater Gulf States. She has been through training with La Marzocco, La Cimbali and UNIC. She is also a member of the Technicians Guild. We enjoy her bubbly personality.

Mae Belle
Since November 2018, Mae Belle has assisted the front office with customer communication, invoicing, inventory, and general accounting. Even though she began her love of coffee many years ago, she has grown to appreciate the coffee business here in the Crescent City. She believes working with the OC krewe is the definition of teamwork!

Michelle
Michelle is our cheery Front Office Manager. She works hard to make sure all incoming orders get invoiced and processed through to our Production Department. She also helps us at special events and is such a great customer service specialist.

Greg
Greg has been in the coffee world for over 25 years. He even was a roaster for us back in the early 2000’s. We have pictures to prove it! He was our only service technician many years ago. He is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of coffee science from seed to cup. He is a very positive and uplifting employee.

Sean
Sean has been a team member of Orleans Coffee for 4 years. He started in the production department and has been a roaster for 2 years. Taught by his Father and CEO of Orleans Coffee, Bob Arceneaux. The apple does not fall from the tree when it comes to excellence in roasting here! Yoda will always train his most trusted Jedi’s. On his own time, he has started a new journey and learning the process of brewing his own beer.
