HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?


Our shipping charges for U.S. based orders are now $6.00 for orders of 1 lbs. $7.00 for 2 lbs., $8.00 for 3 lbs., $9.00 for 4 lbs. $10.00 for 5 lbs., and orders of $69 or more will have FREE shipping. We ship via FedEx, UPS and via U.S. Postal Service. Customers may also email us at info@orleanscoffee.com.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?


Your coffee order will usually arrive about five to eight days after you place your order. We are “roast to order” facility. We do our best to turn around orders in 24 to 48 hours from the time we receive your order to be processed.

CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?


Yes, we offer free shipping for orders placed for $69.00 or more.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS SHIPPED?


You will receive a tracking number associated with your order once it has shipped. You can expect your coffee to arrive about seven to ten days after you place your order.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?


An order confirmation will be sent to your email address within three hours of placing your order. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us.

WHEN AM I BILLED FOR MY ORDER?


The credit card that you used to place your order is billed at the time you place your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


Orleans Coffee guarantees each product we sell as it is described on our website. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. We’ll also refund shipping costs if the return was a result of our error.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?


We’ll gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express We can’t accept cash, checks, or money orders. You can also use an ATM or other debit card bearing the VISA or MasterCard logo, just like a credit card.

You will be prompted to open an account by placing your first order with us. During the ordering process, you will create your own Orleans Coffee password. But you may place an order as a Guest if you prefer.
