Our Brazil French Roast is sourced from the renowned Cerrado Mineiro region, this Brazilian coffee showcases the best of what the country has to offer. With its ideal climate with hot, wet summers and dry, mild winters, Cerrado is renowned for producing consistently high-quality beans.
This lot features 100% Arabica, grown in some of the world’s most expansive and well managed coffee plantations. Classified as NY 2 (New York Grade 2) with Screen 17/18 size, it represents the highest grade and largest beans Brazil offers. It’s strictly soft, fine cup profile ensures a smooth, clean, and well-balanced cup every time.
Processed using the natural (dry) method, the whole cherries are sun-dried to develop the coffee’s signature sweetness and mild fruit notes.
