From Fujian, the foremost province in China for oolong teas. This is a classic semi-balled tea. It is plucked, withered and shaken to partially oxidize the leaves. Oxidation is then halted with heat and the leaves are rolled and dried again. The cup is a light, golden-amber and gives a long, lovely fragrance. It is full of flavor and character. This tea would be an interesting choice for brewing Kombucha, as well. Net weight 3.0 oz. bag of loose leaf tea.
