A wonderful El Salvadoran coffee from one of our friends, Maria Pacas. For over 150 years the Pacas family has produced coffee in El Salvador. Finca La Providencia is the latest addition to the portfolio of coffee growing areas they manage in the Santa Ana regions. The farm was acquired in 2009. This family has been dedicated to producing and processing coffee for export. We enjoy our personal relationship with her and her family.

This coffee has a sweet, creamy and nutty aroma. It’s a full bodied coffee with medium acidity and nice lemony lingering aftertaste.
Very smooth body and flavor notes of cherry pie and dutch chocolate.
