Ethiopian coffees blended with those from Java. This was the first blend of coffee there ever was. The fruitiness of the natural processed Ethiopian compliments the smooth, low-acidity character of the Indonesians.
A classic blend of Arabic and Indonesian coffees. We blend a medium bodied natural process Sidamo and a deep bodied, syrupy Java Blawan Estate for a lovely, well balanced, classic blend.

I first came across this fabulous blend in a breakfast restaurant in New Orleans. I looked everywhere for it, but I could only find it online. I bought some, whole bean of course, and it is my favorite coffee of all time. The hint of chocolate just warms my soul.
