This medium roast coffee hails from the Cerro Datanlí – El Diablo Nature Reserve in Jinotega, Nicaragua, offering a bright, vibrant body with rich notes of cacao and nuts.

Agua Fresca Farm thrives in the fertile, deep topsoil of the North Central Region, situated at an elevation of 4,500 feet. Surrounded by stunning mountainous terrain, the farm is nourished by pure, fresh water streams flowing from the nearby peaks, which inspired its name, “Agua Fresca.”

This unique environment imparts distinct, lively flavors to the coffee, reflecting the region’s natural abundance. This coffee is a “direct-sourced” coffee from Francisco Gutierrez, who is a 4th generation coffee grower and lives here in the New Orleans area.
