Gunpowder Green Tea

This is a form of Chinese green tea in which each leaf has been hand-rolled into a small round pellet, which is said to resemble grains of gunpowder. Proper water temperature for this type of tea is between 158 °F to 176 °F. This tea has a smoky quality and produces a yellow liquor. This tea will work well for brewing Jun Kombucha, too.
