Our Ethiopia Mokamba is a carefully crafted blend of coffees from three distinctive Ethiopian regions. At it’s core is coffee from Kambata, a highland area also famed for producing ginger, complemented by select lots from Sidamo and Wolyata. These Arabica heirloom cherries are grown at elevations between 1,500 and 1,800 meters, where the cool climate and rich soil contribute to their vibrant character.

Harvested between October and December, the cherries are naturally patio dried, a traditional method that enhances their fruity sweetness. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with layered notes of red berries, grape, and cocoa, rounded out by a smooth, buttery body and a hint of creaminess.
