Our Colombia Supremo comes from Bucaramanga, a standout region in the Santander department of northern Colombia. A country celebrated for it’s exceptional coffee since the early 19th century.
Known as “La Ciudad de Los Parques” for it’s abundance of green spaces, Bucaramanga is even more famous among coffee lovers for producing some of Colombia’s finest beans.
In the forested mountains of Santander, coffee is naturally shade-grown in rich volcanic soil and ideal microclimates, with average temperatures between 68–71°F. These conditions produce a smooth, full-flavored Arabica with a balanced body and a clean, satisfying finish.
