Bai Mu Dan Tea

Bai Mu Dan is a white tea made from very young leaf shoots and leaves. It is low in caffeine and has a mild flavor and floral aroma. It is best brewed at a lower temperature than black tea at about 160°F to 180°F. The brew is a very pale green or golden color. This tea will work in some applications for brewing Kombucha, too.
