When the first cold snap of the season moves through, we can’t wait to make a cup of this delicious hot cocoa. It’s simple, the only ingredients are sugar and natural cocoa powder, and comforting. In a unique process, the cocoa beans are fermented between banana leaves and dried in the warm African sun. The beans are then roasted, ground and pressed in a unique state of the art facility to extract the finest natural cocoa powder and chocolate.
