We’re happy to present to you our latest Lantern Collection premium offering.
Upon cupping this fine coffee, we found it to have interesting floral notes of
violet, rose, and hibiscus. With a touch of bergamot that will remind you of
the flavor of Earl Grey tea, this coffee is unusual and very nice.
Searching for the ideal micro-climate to produce exceptional coffees, Francisco
Montenegro Girón found the Vizcaya farm. The processes applied there are 100%
friendly to the environment, minimizing the impact.
The coffee cherries are manually selected, then pre-fermented for 24 hours before
being de-pulped and moved to sunlit patios and/or raised beds to dry. The coffee
(in parchment) is constantly monitored and raked into a thin layer to achieve

families in nearby areas. Additionally, the farm contributes to the environment
by maintaining 50 beehives.
