Cafe Indigo is a 100 percent Salvadoran, strictly high-grown, Bourbon variety coffee. The coffee is shade grown above 4,500 feet and sun-dried on patios. We like this as a medium roast coffee. It has medium acidity and is well-balanced with some nutty and chocolaty notes coming through.
